Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and no major violations in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work the specified shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Offer Emerald Aisle refueling option to members.
• Maintain appearance of Exit Booth and surrounding area.
• Ensure Exit Booth is stocked with supplies for customers.
• Greet customers and provide undivided attention at the exit booth.
• Assist with directions and local information for customers.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Attend to miscellaneous duties as assigned to maintain service levels.
