Enterprise Mobility, operating the National/Alamo brands, is hiring an Exit Booth Agent at Reagan National Airport (DCA) in Arlington, VA. The position pays $18.87 per hour and focuses on friendly, efficient service through the rental process.

You will prepare rental documents, verify vehicle info, and assist Emerald Aisle members, while maintaining a neat booth and providing local information. Schedule: Fri–Tue, 4:00pm–12:30am.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management.
• Leadership experience could include involvement in organizations, clubs, volunteer work, or military service.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and car control.
• Offer refueling option to Emerald Aisle members.
• Maintain appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding area to present a neat and orderly image.
• Ensure that “Booth” is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet the needs of our customers.
• Provide all customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the exit booth.
• Make eye contact and greet all customers; thank customer at the conclusion of all transactions.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and service information; resolve all customer service issues as necessary.
• Perform other customer service related duties to ensure service levels meet customer needs.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for an Exit Booth Agent. The Exit Booth Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.

This position pays $18.87 / hour and is located at the Reagan Airport (DCA) - 2500 National Ave Parking 1, Arlington, VA 22202.

• Make eye contact and greet all customers; thank customer at the conclusion of all transactions
• Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information; effectively and efficiently resolve all customer service issues as necessary
• Perform other customer service related duties, in addition to those listed, to ensure our service levels meets the needs of the customer

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must have at least 1 year experience in sales, customer service, leadership or management
