Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring full-time Lot Drivers at Reagan National Airport (DCA) in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on moving and positioning vehicles to prepare them for customers, with shifts including various evenings.

Compensation is $17.50 per hour based on a 40-hour week, and a robust benefits package is offered. Responsibilities include transporting vehicles between locations, ensuring vehicles are ready for rental, and supporting our high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid work authorization and not require sponsorship.
• Background check criteria include driving record — no DUI/DWI in last 3 years.
• Six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location.
• Move serviced vehicles to ready line and park for easy access by customers.
• Transport vehicles to other Enterprise locations as directed by management.
• Ride with other drivers to drop-off or pick-up vehicles as needed.
• Communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone as directed.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for full time Drivers. The Lot Driver is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport and/or rental. A driver will perform all daily responsibilities with a focus on the needs to have vehicles ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards.

This position pays $17.50 / hour based on a 40 hour work week and is located at Reagan National Airport (DCA) - 2500 National Ave Arlington, VA 22202.

• Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, Saturday 11:00 am - 7:30 pm
• Thursday - Monday 12:00pm - 8:30pm

Responsibilities

• Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location
• Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s)
• May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
• Under 25 minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted preferred
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
