St. Augustine Lighthouse seeks a Manager of Exhibits and Engagement to coordinate interpretive programs strategy and ensure successful exhibits, educational programs, and all public interpretation. Lead interpretive plans, outcomes, and initiatives, while guiding staff and volunteers.

You will manage a diverse team, oversee budgeting, partnerships, and safety, and collaborate with the Museum team to support sustainability and mission.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Grant writing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a formal interpretive plan approved by the Board of Trustees.
• Oversee departmental staff and lead teams in camps, tours, events, and outreach.
• Collaborate with Development to apply for and manage grant funding.
• Maintain budgeting and financial control; produce newsletters and partnerships.
• Provide site support and coordinate schedules for major historic programs.
