The Woodruff Arts Center seeks an experienced Exhibition Manager to oversee planning, budgeting, and execution across multiple exhibitions. The role also coordinates communications with lenders and partners and supervises staff within the Exhibitions Department.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of museum practice and publications.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; TMS, Trello, and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of exhibition planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Creates initial budgets and tracks reports and recommendations on budgets.
  • Leads planning meetings and uses project management software.
  • Drafts exhibition-related agreements and liaises with stakeholders.
  • Supervises departmental staff and establishes annual goals.
  • Maintains archives and reviews departmental reports.
