Job summary

The Woodruff Arts Center seeks a Development Manager to serve as the primary administrative and operational partner to the Senior Vice President of Advancement and the Vice President of Advancement. This role supports the full scope of fundraising portfolios and acts as a bridge between Development, Development Operations, and the three Art Partners.

Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting preparation, donor materials, reports, and donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in administration or development operations in fundraising.
• Experience supporting senior executives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meetings, and travel coordination.
• Coordinate materials for donor and prospect meetings, including proposals and agendas.
• Manage development tracking systems and donor/partner relationships across campus.
• Maintain reports, donor lists, asset lists, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Support reconciliation of development, operations, and finance reports.
• Conduct prospect research and support pipeline development for senior leaders.
• Support donor outreach, cultivation touchpoints, and portfolio tracking.
• Coordinate team and partner meetings, agendas, and action items.
