Reporting to the Flower Show Director of Planning & Design, you will develop sketches, 3D models, layouts, and construction drawings, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to timelines and budgets. This hands-on role requires collaboration and adaptability during events.

Qualifications

• Experience creating design drafts and 3D models using SketchUp and Layout.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data and budgets.
• Ability to develop construction drawings and detail sheets.
• Strong collaboration with directors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on small-scale design projects from concept to implementation.
• Develop design drafts, layouts, and 3D models using SketchUp and Layout.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and progress; report to the Director.
• Participate in the physical setup, staging, and teardown of projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.
• Create design narratives and decks for project needs.
• Coordinate on-site logistics and act as liaison between teams.
