Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our Facilities Engineering Team. You will lead improvement projects for Exhaust and Process Systems and oversee daily operations, ensuring reliability and efficiency in a 24/7 semiconductor fab.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, 3+ years of experience, and hands-on familiarity with equipment like compressors, dryers, and AutoCAD/Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in related roles.
• Experience in plant operations or reliability/design engineering.

Responsibilities

• Tackle complex engineering challenges and lead improvement projects.
• Review system designs and manage critical projects on Exhaust and Process Systems.
• Provide day-to-day support for operational, maintenance, and engineering issues.
