Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks a senior professional to oversee design activities for mechanical systems in both new and retrofit facilities. You will coordinate between design and construction, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across HVAC, exhaust, plumbing, and utility interfaces.

Responsibilities include reviewing RFIs and submittals, driving package development, and ensuring code compliance with mechanical, building, and environmental standards within an industrial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management and design experience.
• Preference for experience in HVAC, exhaust, plumbing, chilled water/heating hot water systems, and compressed dry air distribution in industrial settings.
• Preference for PE, PMP, PgMP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage design of new and retrofit manufacturing facilities.
• Review and drive Mechanical Drawing packages (HVAC, exhaust, plumbing, chilled water/heating hot water, compressed dry air).
• Perform and review utility demands for existing and new facilities.
• Coordinate between Design and Construction to ensure proper information flow.
