Job summary

The Exercise Coach - O'Fallon South is opening a brand-new studio in O’Fallon, MO and seeks passionate Certified Exercise Coaches to join the founding team. Lead dynamic one-on-one and small group sessions using Exerbotics technology to engage clients from day one.

You'll conduct fitness consultations, track progress, and educate clients with goal-setting and nutrition guidance while promoting training packages. A mission-driven, supportive environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in personal training, coaching, or small group fitness.
• CPR/AED certification preferred or willingness to certify.
• College degree in health-related field or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one and small group training sessions using Exerbotics technology.
• Conduct fitness consultations and track client progress.
• Support clients with goal-setting and nutrition guidance.
• Help grow the studio through relationship-building and promoting packages.
