• Lead one‑on‑one and small group training sessions using our cutting‑edge Exerbotics technology
• Conduct fitness consultations and track individual client progress
• Support and educate clients with goal‑setting and nutrition guidance
• Help grow the studio through relationship‑building and promoting packages
• Be part of a tight‑knit, mission‑driven team that loves to celebrate wins

What We’re Looking For:

• Are passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping people live better
• Love working with people and building strong client relationships
• Communicate clearly and confidently, in person and over the phone
• Are eager to grow your knowledge and career in a supportive, high‑impact environment

Preferred:

• College degree in a health-related field (or equivalent knowledge)
• 1‑3 years experience in personal training, coaching, or small group fitness
• Basic nutrition understanding
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to get certified)

No previous training experience? No problem. We will provide all the education you need through our Exercise Coach Certification Program and Nutrition Playbook Training.
