Job summary

The Exercise Coach is seeking motivated Personal Trainers to join the founding team at our new studio in O’Fallon, MO. Lead personalized and small-group sessions using Exerbotics technology to help clients achieve their goals.

We will train you via our certification program and nutrition playbook, with ongoing development and a pathway to advancement in a supportive, high-impact environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Preferred:

• College degree in a health-related field (or equivalent knowledge)
• 1-3 years experience in personal training, coaching, or small group fitness
• Basic nutrition understanding
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to get certified)

No previous training experience?

No problem. We will provide all the education you need through our Exercise Coach Certification Program and Nutrition Playbook Training.
