The Exercise Coach is seeking motivated Personal Trainers to join the founding team at our new studio in O’Fallon, MO. Lead personalized and small-group sessions using Exerbotics technology to help clients achieve their goals.

We will train you via our certification program and nutrition playbook, with ongoing development and a pathway to advancement in a supportive, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one and small group training sessions using Exerbotics technology.
• Conduct fitness consultations and track individual client progress.
• Support and educate clients with goal-setting and nutrition guidance.
• Help grow the studio through relationship-building and promoting packages.
