Job summary

The Exercise Coach - O'Fallon South is opening a brand-new studio in O’Fallon, MO and seeks passionate Certified Exercise Coaches to join the founding team. Lead dynamic one-on-one and small group sessions using Exerbotics technology to engage clients from day one.

You'll conduct fitness consultations, track progress, and educate clients with goal-setting and nutrition guidance while promoting training packages. A mission-driven, supportive environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in personal training, coaching, or small group fitness.
• CPR/AED certification preferred or willingness to certify.
• College degree in health-related field or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We're Looking For: You're the right fit if you:

Are passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping people live better

Love working with people and building strong client relationships

Communicate clearly and confidently, in person and over the phone

Are eager to grow your knowledge and career in a supportive, high-impact environment

Preferred:

College degree in a health-related field (or equivalent knowledge)

1-3 years experience in personal training, coaching, or small group fitness

Basic nutrition understanding

CPR/AED certified (or willing to get certified)

No previous training experience? No problem. We will provide all the education you need through our Exercise Coach Certification Program and Nutrition Playbook Training.
