Job summary

McKissack & McKissack is seeking a Vice President, Project Delivery Excellence to lead firm-wide delivery standards and governance. You will shape PM/CM methodology, drive quality, and implement controls across regions.

The role partners with executives, regional leaders, and finance to improve project outcomes, visibility, and predictability, with a focus on scalable growth and enterprise-wide best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture/Business or related field.
• 15+ years in PM/CM/Program Management or Project Controls.
• 10+ years in PM/CM or Owner's Rep/Engineering/Construction/PM consulting.
• Demonstrated leadership of large PM/CM projects.
• Strong knowledge of governance, quality management, controls, risk, and PMIS.
• Experience developing project procedures, standards, and frameworks.
• Strong facilitation and leadership skills.
• PMP or CCM certification.
• Travel at least 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project delivery framework, procedures, templates, and governance standards.
• Ensure delivery practices align with PMP/CCM and industry best practices.
• Establish project quality, risk management, controls, reporting, and documentation requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance consistency, quality, and outcomes.
• Support project start-up, mobilization, and staffing.
• Partner with executives to establish delivery strategies, reporting structures, controls, and comms.
• Lead PMIS platforms evaluation, implementation, and optimization.
• Develop dashboards and data management standards enterprise-wide.
• Create executive dashboards and early warning indicators.
