• Provide strategic oversight for the division Provider Recruitment team ensuring LifePoint metrics and objectives are met.
• Collaborate to assess, improve, and implement best practices to recruit and retain providers in our markets.
• Oversee all critical recruitments for the division and prioritize work across the division recruitment team.
• Partner with corporate and hospital leadership to execute recruitment strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and implement provider recruitment strategies based on division priorities.
• Mentor Sourcing Specialists and Recruiters to ensure growth and smooth recruitment processes.
