Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta seeks a senior leader to oversee the operations of all physician practices, align them with the organization, and drive performance in partnership with the COO and CPG. The role focuses on integrating practices, achieving operational excellence, and building a high-performing physician organization across the system.

Responsibilities include leading organizational strategy, overseeing daily operations, and developing a systemwide primary care plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of leadership in physician practice management.
• Knowledge of practice operations, financial models, reimbursement structures, and organizational models.
• Experience leading healthcare systems in practice acquisition and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and implement the organizational physician strategy and management structure to integrate physician practices.
• Drive performance with the COO, CPG to achieve a high performing physician organization.
• Oversee daily operations, performance management, and improvement plans for physician practices.
• Lead operational excellence and achieve targets for service, quality, and financial performance.
• Develop a systemwide primary care strategy including acquisition and onboarding of practices.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, productivity, and compliance with policies and standards.
