Qualifications

• 6–10 Years
• Senior management experience within a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operating Company President in leading and driving execution of the Operating Company’s strategies across sales, procurement, operations, finance and HR.
• Achieve established profit, sales and expense management metrics and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and implement operating policies and procedures across assigned functional areas.
• Gain expertise in all functional areas and their standard operating processes.
• Oversee performance management, talent development, acquisition and succession planning.
• Lead and manage planning and budgeting to meet business objectives.
• Review financial reporting to determine progress toward objectives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
