Ecowaste Solutions is seeking an experienced Vice President of Safety to lead enterprise-wide safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, and safety culture initiatives in Coppell, TX. The role reports to executive leadership and oversees safety across transportation, fleet, facilities, EH&S, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in transportation safety, fleet safety, regulatory compliance, or related field.
• Experience leading safety programs across multiple locations and functions.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FMCSA regulations, Hazmat, IFTA, job safety audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continually improve the enterprise safety strategy and initiatives.
• Establish safety objectives, performance standards, and measurable goals aligned with business strategy.
• Lead regulatory compliance, risk management, and government relations activities.
• Oversee safety training, employee engagement, and incident investigation programs.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to safety, compliance, and training personnel.
