Cecil College seeks an executive Vice President of Finance and Administration to lead financial operations, procurement, facilities, and public safety. This senior leader reports to the President and sits on the Executive Leadership Team, driving fiscal stewardship and long‑term sustainability.

The role supervises multiple directors and manages vendor relationships, contracts, and capital planning. It requires in‑person leadership with occasional telework flexibility and a strong governance

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for financial operations, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Lead procurement governance, contracts, and vendor performance management.
• Oversee facilities, safety, and administrative operations to align with the college's strategic priorities.
• Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and capital planning updates to the President and Board.
