Job summary

Alpine Start Development seeks a Vice President of Development in Dallas to own feasibility, due diligence, design, and permitting for multifamily projects. You will lead budgets, schedules, and cost control, coordinating with Acquisitions, Construction, and Asset teams.

The role involves entitlements, governance, and guiding a development pipeline toward 2027 starts while growing a development team and shaping ASD’s standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Science.
• MBA or MRED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee feasibility, due diligence, design, and permitting for multiple projects.
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, and cost control; coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage consultants, entitlements, and regulatory approvals; drive value engineering.
• Direct design and construction teams from concept through close-out; ensure alignment with pro forma.
• Progress project pipeline toward 2027 starts and expand leadership within ASD.
