Qualifications

• Finance degree with 15+ years in BD/M&A in a corporate or professional services setting.
• Experience valuing acquisitions, negotiating terms, and due diligence.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Advanced Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's M&A and JV strategy across ADM's US portfolio.
• Lead deal origination, financial modeling, due diligence and integration planning.
• Coordinate with CEO, CFO, and BU leaders to build business cases and value realization.
• Manage divestitures and portfolio optimization initiatives.
