ADM is seeking a Finance Director for a joint venture, based in Decatur, IL, or Downers Grove, IL. You will lead the financial health, governance, and strategic planning, partnering with JV CEO and boards to optimize capital, risk, and performance.

The role requires 7–10 years of senior finance experience in manufacturing or capital-intensive settings, with strong modeling, reporting, and leadership capabilities; travel as needed and English fluency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and MBA preferred as noted.
• 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, senior leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing, agribusiness, commodities, or capital-intensive industries.
• Experience in joint ventures, matrixed organizations, or multinational environments.
• Strong financial planning, reporting, capital investment, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and financial modeling skills.
• Strong leadership and communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
