We Invest Ventures is seeking a visionary VP of Corporate Development to lead the company’s growth strategy, evaluate strategic opportunities, and drive value through disciplined M&A, partnerships, and investments.

Reporting to CEO/CSO, you will coordinate financial analysis, due diligence, negotiations, and integration, partnering with senior leaders to align transactions with long-term enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15+ years in corporate development, investment banking, or related fields.
• Proven experience evaluating acquisitions, investments, partnerships, or growth opportunities.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and investment analysis.
• Experience coordinating complex transactions with legal, finance, and advisory teams.
• Excellent negotiation, project management, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Clear communication and ability to present to senior executives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute corporate growth strategies for expansion and value.
• Lead evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions.
• Coordinate due diligence, structuring, negotiations, and closing activities.
• Identify strategic partnerships and opportunities for market access and growth.
• Build financial models, assess economics, risks, and synergies; present to executives.
• Oversee post-transaction integration and measure value realization.
• Provide regular executive updates on deal pipelines and performance.
