Brothers Lawn Squad LLC seeks an SVP of Growth Marketing to lead a 30-person growth organization across four verticals, unifying paid, search, field, and CRM efforts to drive leads and revenue for 1,100+ franchise locations and 15+ brands.

You will own the portfolio budget, oversee enterprise SEO/AEO, web governance, and local field execution, ensuring data-driven decisions, measurable growth, and durable customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive growth marketing leadership.
• Experience leading marketing across multi-brand, franchise, or multi-location networks (500+ locations).
• Deep domain expertise spanning paid media, SEO/AEO, web architecture, field/local marketing, and CRM.
• Proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio/Power BI, CMS, attribution models, and call-tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Finance, or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 30-person growth org across four verticals and set governance.
• Direct multi-million-dollar budgets across paid channels and direct channels.
• Drive CRM, loyalty, and direct mail to boost LTV and repeat bookings.
• Oversee SEO/AEO and web architecture for 15+ brand sites.
• Align enterprise campaigns with 1,100+ franchise locations.
• Establish data measurement, MMM and MTA frameworks.
