Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or business administration.
• 5+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a growth-focused environment.
• Proven ability to translate financial insights into strategic actions.
• GAAP knowledge, audits, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a financial strategy that enables profitable growth.
