Metronet is seeking a Vice President of OSP Construction to lead outside plant construction across the United States, overseeing large-scale FTTH/FTTP programs and a growing field organization.

You will drive safety, compliance, and process improvements, partner with Engineering, Field Operations, Sales and Legal, and travel over half the time to advance strategic initiatives and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in combined telecommunications construction and/or network operations.
• 10+ years field force management preferred.
• Technology experience implementing and improving systems for construction operations.
• Experience managing large construction project P&L.
• Weekly travel to meet the demands of the position (over 50%).
• Ability to lead across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, high-quality construction projects nationwide.
• Manage multiple PMs leading project teams on multi-million FTTH/FTTP projects.
• Determine design and delivery schedule for city-wide FTTH networks.
• Improve procedures with technology to enhance compliance and reporting.
• Maintain safety and customer service excellence while improving processes.
