Job summary

JSX, a lifestyle airline, seeks a Vice President of Flight Operations to lead Pilots and Inflight Crewmembers, set safety standards, and guide staffing, training, and scheduling. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure compliant, efficient operations across the network and support future growth.

The role requires an ATP, Part 121/135 leadership experience, and willingness to participate in operational oversight rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in Part 121 or Part 135 flight operations.
• Current Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or equivalent.
• Willingness to pursue Director of Operations oversight rotation and related training.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for JSX's Pilot and Inflight organizations.
• Establish Flight Operations policies in collaboration with senior leaders.
• Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and workforce planning for Pilots and Inflight Crewmembers.
• Manage Flight Operations budgets and cost initiatives.
• Lead operational readiness for fleet growth, new aircraft types, and routes.
