Job summary

JSX is seeking an Internal Evaluator at the Dallas headquarters to lead audits within the Safety team, aligning with FAA regulations and JSX safety standards. You will plan, execute, and report on internal evaluations, supporting ASAP operations and safety trend analyses across Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Ground Operations.

The successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to Crewmembers and leadership,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four-year degree in an Aviation Safety-related field, or four additional years in Internal Evaluation Programs, auditing, project management, technical writing, or airline operations.
• Minimum of two years of aviation experience in a Part 121 or Part 135 operating environment.
• IOSA Auditor or ISO Auditor certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and conduct Internal Evaluation Program audits in accordance with SPPM and IEP manuals.
• Evaluate operational processes, performance, and compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards.
• Review documentation against FAA requirements and procedures; document findings and prepare reports.
• Facilitate inbriefs and outbriefs with leadership and communicate observations and recommendations.
