Evidence Action seeks an Executive Vice President of Evidence to lead Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation, cost-effectiveness, and epidemiology, reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Global Leadership Team. You will ensure the reliability of evidence guiding program design, delivery, and scale, driving measurable impact.

This role requires strong technical credibility and leadership, with field experience in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Willingness to surface uncomfortable findings to senior leadership.
• Technical leadership and management experience at scale in LMIC contexts with operational rigor.
• Grounding in combining academic research with program implementation.
• PhD or quantitative expertise in cost-effectiveness or health economics.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the MLE, cost-effectiveness, and epidemiology teams to unify analysis.
• Define cross-program evidence strategy with GLT and program leads.
• Develop systems for evidence reviews and program stage gates.
• Maintain independent QA and ensure data quality for modeling.
• Represent Evidence Action to donors, board, and technical partners.
