Job summary

The DIV Fund seeks a Director of Evidence and Impact Analytics to shape and steward its evidence and analysis approach, driving the evaluation of social returns and the effectiveness of funded innovations. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead method development, guide due diligence, and ensure findings inform learnings and portfolio decisions.

You will build and refine tools for rigorous evidence, oversee evaluation designs, and partner with portfolio teams to translate research into actionable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in research, analysis, or related leadership roles.
• Training in microeconomics and econometrics with practical implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate findings for non-specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of the Evidence & Analysis approach.
• Quantitatively model expected returns of investments using microeconomic tools.
• Develop guidance and quantitative tools for due diligence and impact assessment.
• Collaborate with Investment Managers to ensure hypotheses and evaluation plans are solid.
• Serve as an expert reviewer of proposals, citing relevant literature.
