Job summary

Vizient seeks an experienced executive to own and drive the enterprise Master Data Management strategy, operating model, and stewardship across the organization. You will partner with Platform Product Management, Engineering, and leadership to advance platform priorities, define ownership and decision rights, establish authoritative data domains, and measure adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field required.
• Master's degree, MBA, or other advanced degree preferred.
• Fifteen (15) or more years of progressive executive leadership experience in MDM, data strategy, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success building enterprise capabilities and leading large-scale transformation in complex orgs.
• Proven experience designing enterprise operating models aligning business, tech, governance, and orgs.
• Experience leading enterprise master data tech capabilities with scalable platforms.
• Strong business, financial, and operational acumen.
• Ability to influence executives and lead through collaboration.
• Deep understanding of MDM, governance, data quality, and metadata principles.
• Exceptional communication and organizational leadership skills.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams and drive enterprise change.
• Healthcare analytics, supply chain, consulting, or tech-enabled services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Vizient's MDM strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Define operating model, stewardship, and decision rights across the enterprise.
• Establish authoritative data domains and enterprise standards.
• Partner with Platform Product Management, Engineering, and leadership to support integrated solutions.
• Lead adoption measurement and drive continuous improvement of data assets.
• Serve as executive advisor on information strategy and maturity.
