Job summary

Unknown company seeks a VP of Supply Chain to translate demand and growth objectives into executable strategies across three manufacturing sites. You will lead end-to-end planning, procurement, and supplier management to improve service levels, reduce cost, and enable scalable growth in a batch‑manufacturing, beauty-focused CDMO environment.

The role requires a highly operational, low-ego leader with deep experience in S&OP/S&OE, inventory governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for senior leadership.
• 10–15+ years in supply-chain and operations leadership with executive responsibility.
• Experience in contract manufacturing, CDMO, or consumer products in multi-site environments.
• Deep understanding of batch/process manufacturing, packaging, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across three sites.
• Lead S&OP and S&OE processes and weekly cadence for 0–4 weeks.
• Drive procurement, sourcing, and supplier performance management to optimize cost and risk.
• Balance customer service, inventory, and working capital; align with commercial and R&D.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Quality and Operations to accelerate new product launches.
