Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the electric power industry or related field.
• Proven track record in sales leadership, operations, and business growth.
• Strong understanding of generators, switchgear, and power systems.
• Experience managing P&L and leading multi-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an electric power strategy aligned with dealership and Caterpillar objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across all electric power segments.
• Oversee sales of generators, switchgear, and power distribution solutions.
• Lead electric power rental business, fleet strategy, and ROI optimization.
• Oversee aftermarket parts and service sales and operations.
• Lead and develop high-performing sales, rental, and service teams.
• Manage P&L for the electric power division and monitor KPIs.
