Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Vice President, Condo HOA to lead the community management business and drive profitable growth across the portfolio. You will oversee regional directors and community association managers, shaping service culture and accountability.

Reporting to the President, Condo HOA, you will build strong client relationships with boards, partners, and vendors, steer strategic planning, and ensure delivery of exceptional service across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior management or executive leadership within service industries.
• Direct experience leading multiple reports and large teams for 5+ years.
• Proven ability to deliver client service across a multi-location business.
• Track record of leading sales and business growth initiatives.
• Experience developing and executing long-term and annual business plans.
• Experience managing P&L and driving profitable service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership and strategic direction for the condo HOA business.
• Build and mentor Regional Directors and Community Association Managers.
• Develop relationships with Boards to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with Business Development to grow market presence and revenue.
• Oversee ancillary services and ensure financial plan execution.
• Drive financial performance to meet targets in the business plan.
• Attract and retain high-performing teams and ensure HR processes.
• Promote FirstService Residential and strengthen market reputation.
