Job summary

Proxima seeks a Vice President to provide executive leadership across clients, teams, and the firm in our IT and Technology practice. You will guide high‑risk, high‑growth programs, shape long‑term client strategy, and contribute to growth and market positioning.

You will mentor senior consulting talent, foster inclusive teams, and lead domain expertise, IP creation, and capability development. The role involves a hybrid work model with travel to support delivery and collaboration.

• Strong commercial, financial, and strategic acumen
