Bridgenext is seeking an SVP, Client Delivery to own a portfolio of high-growth client accounts, operating at both the delivery and executive relationship level to ensure each engagement is delivered to a high standard.

You will be accountable for the health, growth, and profitability of your portfolio, acting as the senior escalation point for clients and collaborating with teams to develop strategies and solutions that drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Ownership. Own end-to-end delivery and commercial performance across a portfolio of high-growth client accounts, ensuring each engagement meets Bridgenext's quality, timeline, and margin standards.
• Delivery Excellence. Set and enforce delivery standards across account teams, proactively identifying risk, resolving issues before they escalate.
