Proxima Group, part of Bain & Company, is looking for a senior leader to head up our client engagements and manage complex programs with C-Suite visibility. Based in Chicago with a hybrid working model, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You’ll drive growth initiatives across existing and new clients, coach and mentor colleagues, and strengthen Proxima’s market reputation through compelling storytelling, insightful analysis,

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of managing teams and working with senior stakeholders in complex programs.
• Deep understanding of procurement and/or supply chain across sectors.
• Exceptional consulting skills and ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to turn complex information into actionable insights.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end management of complex programs that are C-Suite visible due to their impact on business performance.
• Leadership and development of a team of specialists to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive growth initiatives in existing client engagements and new client pursuits.
• Act as a senior leader within Proxima, coaching and mentoring the team and evolving the business.
• Enhance Proxima’s brand and reputation through personal and firm marketing initiatives.
