Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of progressive experience in heavy civil or commercial civil site construction.
• Proven success leading multiple projects with large revenue, backlog, budgets, and teams.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of civil site construction operations, including planning and safety.
• Lead civil project managers and estimators while coordinating with field leadership.
• Set forecasts and budgets for the division and establish performance standards.
• Develop growth strategy and manage client relationships with owners and partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with quality and safety compliance.
