Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions LLC is seeking a Vice President of Operations for Electrical Construction to provide executive leadership and operational oversight for a growing portfolio in Florida. This strategic role requires deep industry knowledge and a track record of delivering safe, on-time, and profitable project outcomes.

You will develop teams, drive process improvements, manage budgets and client relationships, and partner with senior leadership to shape growth across the Florida market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading electrical construction operations.
• Record of managing major projects and regional portfolios.
• Deep knowledge of electrical construction from preconstruction to closeout.
• Proven ability to lead executives, managers, and field teams.
• Strong financial management experience (budgets, forecasts, profitability).
• Excellent executive communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for electrical construction operations.
• Lead and develop Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents.
• Oversee multiple projects and project teams.
• Drive safety, quality, scheduling, labor productivity, profitability.
• Maintain visibility into budgets, forecasting, backlog, margins, cash flow.
• Conduct operational/financial reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with estimating/preconstruction to evaluate pursuits and strategy.
• Develop workforce and leadership plans for backlog and growth.
• Establish consistent processes and accountability across teams.
• Build relationships with general contractors, owners, developers, engineers, clients.
• Support major contract negotiations and project pursuits.
• Mentor future operational leaders and strengthen succession planning.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and long-term objectives.
