Job summary

ICBA in Washington, DC, seeks an Executive Vice President, Affiliate Relations to lead ICBA's partnerships with affiliated state associations and strengthen the voice of community banking at both state and national levels. You will shape strategy, coach the State Relations team, and coordinate with senior leadership to align affiliate needs with ICBA resources and priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of executive leadership experience with state associations or membership organizations.
• Bachelor's degree required; CAE designation preferred.
• Proven ability to develop strategy, manage partnerships, and drive organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategies strengthening ICBA's relationships with affiliated state associations.
• Serve as senior liaison to state associations and lead the State Relations team.
• Align affiliate priorities with ICBA resources and enterprise initiatives.
• Measure outcomes and foster continuous improvement in affiliate engagement.
