Job summary

Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) seeks an Executive Vice President, Affiliate Relations, to lead strategic engagement with affiliated state associations and manage ICBA's affiliate network. You will shape engagement strategies, oversee programs, and collaborate across departments to align priorities with ICBA's mission.

You will direct the State Relations team, coach leaders, measure impact, and ensure value delivery for member banks and affiliates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive leadership experience.
• Significant leadership experience with state associations, affiliate organizations, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of association governance and volunteer leadership structures.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategies strengthening ICBA's relationships with affiliated state associations.
• Serve as senior relationship leader with affiliated state associations and partners.
• Lead the State Relations team and drive enterprise-wide collaboration.
• Provide updates to senior leadership on affiliate engagement and opportunities.
