Job summary

Corporate Travel Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced travel advisor to provide VIP/Executive travel services, coordinating domestic and international air, ground Transportation, hotels, and related services.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a consultative approach to exceed executive travelers’ expectations. This position supports 24x7 access for executives and their assistants, mentoring peers, and maintaining high service standards across the CTM network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Post-Secondary Education in Travel and Tourism preferred.
• This position requires at least 10 years travel advisor experience or equivalent travel industry experience, with at least 2 years' experience in VIP/Executive travel.
• Sabre GDS is required.
• Experience with Amadeus GDS is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with client to determine travel needs, dates, and services.
• Assemble travel arrangements including air, ground transport, hotel, and related services.
• Coordinate private jet/charter arrangements when needed.
• Provide clients with travel information and loyalty program details.
• Maintain profiles and ensure accuracy of reservations and itineraries.
