Job summary

Corporate Travel Management Limited seeks an experienced Travel Consultant to deliver VIP/executive travel services, arranging domestic and international air, ground transportation, hotels, and related services for business and personal travel. You will mentor junior advisors and ensure 24x7 accessibility for clients and executives.

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential to design high-touch itineraries and exceed executive expectations with A-to-Z service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary travel education preferred.
• Minimum 10 years travel advisor experience, including VIP/Executive travel.
• Sabre and Amadeus GDS experience required; familiarity with private jet/charter arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Confidently communicate with client to determine destination, transport, dates and other services.
• Arrange all travel services: air, rail, car, hotel, transfers, and meet/greet arrangements.
• Arrange private jets and/or charters as requested by the client.
• Provide travel information and guidance on local customs and events.
• Coordinate loyalty programs and upgrades to maximize service levels.
