Job summary

Sirva is seeking an Executive VIP Consultant to serve as the primary contact for EVIP customers throughout the mobility journey. This high-touch role requires outstanding organization, judgment and the ability to advise a varied client portfolio.

You will own day-to-day delivery of EVIP moves, ensure a premium customer experience, and collaborate with internal teams and external providers to promptly resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Extensive international mobility service delivery experience (VIP or executive program management) desirable.
• Strong organizational capability and high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct Customer Interaction: manage relocation services, policy counselling, visa/immigration support, destination services and repatriation.
• Client Support and Stakeholder Engagement: update clients and Sirva stakeholders, manage policy exceptions and provide clear status updates.
• Training, Team Meetings and Internal Sirva Responsibilities: complete mandatory training and support the manager and clients as needed.
