Job summary

Sirva Inc. is seeking an Executive VIP Consultant to serve as the primary contact for EVIP customers, delivering a premium, high-touch relocation experience across global mobility programs. The role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to guide and advise clients through complex assignments.

This position supports international moves with coverage across time zones. As part of a global EVIP team, you will manage a reduced caseload to enable personalized service

Qualifications

• Experience in high-touch client service and executive-level programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full relocation management services including policy counselling, home sale and purchase support, destination services, household goods shipment, visa and immigration support, and repatriation.
• Provide tailored consultation to relocating employees based on individual circumstances and needs.
• Respond to relocating employees on the same business day, ideally within four business hours.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
