Job summary

Guardian Life Insurance Company of America seeks a NY Site and Executive Support Lead to deliver high-touch, white-glove executive support across New York and Stamford offices. You will own end-to-end support, manage device lifecycles, and ensure secure, compliant operations for senior leaders.

Hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Hudson Yards, NYC, travel up to 25% to Holmdel, NJ and Bethlehem, PA. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and VDI platforms is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive executive support experience with high-visibility leaders.
• Experience with enterprise IT environments and VIP support models.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and incident escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch executive support for senior leaders and assistants.
• Maintain and troubleshoot endpoints, VDI, and collaboration tools.
• On-site and remote AV and collaboration support for meetings and events.
• Ensure security/compliance alignment with Guardian policies and governance.
• Identify automation opportunities and support adoption of GenAI tools.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, HR, Real Estate and vendors; document standards.
