Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the consumer underwriting department.
• Review and decide complex or high-risk credit requests.
• Lead, coach, and develop underwriting staff; monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to lending policies.
• Collaborate with lending channels and senior management on policy changes.
• Maintain accurate department analytics and reporting.
