Job summary

International Motors in Lisle, IL is seeking a Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide transformation, governance, and measurable business outcomes. You will partner with senior leadership and lead cross-functional initiatives across automotive, logistics, and manufacturing domains.

You will shape strategy into action, design executive workshops, and establish governance with clear ownership. A strong background in management consulting, organizational change, and AI-enabled transformation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of project/program management experience.
Master's degree and 5+ years of project/program management experience.
At least 2 years of lead experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise transformation initiatives from assessment to implementation with governance and measurable results.
Design executive workshops, governance forums, and problem-solving sessions to produce actionable roadmaps.
Own end-to-end process ownership across value streams and drive continuous improvement.
Develop transformation methodologies and Centers of Excellence to ensure execution consistency.
Mentor analysts and process engineers to strengthen team impact.
