Meriton, a national team of experts driving HVAC innovation, seeks a Director of Total Rewards to lead strategy, governance, and programs across benefits, compensation, retirement, leave, and wellbeing for all operating companies.

You will partner with executives and functions to deliver data-informed rewards, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive scalable, cost-conscious programs that support growth, M&A integration, and employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards leadership experience in multi-state environments.
• Experience advising executive leaders and leading Total Rewards teams.
• CBP or similar designation preferred.
• Experience with major HCM/benefit platforms.

Aufgaben

• Establish and execute the enterprise Total Rewards strategy, governance, and service delivery standards.
• Direct design and administration of health & welfare, retirement, disability, life, wellbeing, and leave programs across multiple states.
• Own the enterprise vendor ecosystem; lead negotiations, RFPs, renewals, and cost containment.
• Direct enterprise compliance strategy across multi-state environments; ensure audit readiness.
• Lead compensation strategy including benchmarking, pay equity, and analytics.
• Oversee Total Rewards technology, reporting, analytics, and data quality.
• Lead due diligence and integration strategy for mergers & acquisitions.
• Partner with Finance and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Align stakeholders to support enterprise priorities and employee experience.
